ImageMr. Roche is an established Brevard County, Florida, trial attorney with over ten years experience in commercial and real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation and construction litigation.  Mr. Roche’s practice covers all facets of contract law.

Roche, P.A. is located in the rapidly expanding area of south Brevard’s, Palm Bay, Florida.  Mr. Roche represents commercial businesses, builders, landlords, employers, contractors and trades.  His clients also consist of home owner and condominium associations, entrepreneurs, brokers and developers as well as individuals with the need for legal direction with probate and trust disputes.

Mr. Roche of The Law Office of Patrick F. Roche, P.A. is a former federal and state prosecutor and Marine Corps judge advocate.  Prior to opening his own practice, Attorney Roche was a partner in a medium size firm in Brevard County.  His cumulative law experience spans over twenty years.

Patrick Roche, Esq. is a graduate of Wake Forrest University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.  Mr. Roche is a member of the The Florida Bar; The U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; The North Carolina State Bar; The U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina; The American Bar Association; and The Brevard County Bar Association.

Mr. Roche lives in Malabar, Florida with his wife, Judith and daughter, Jessica.  Mr. Roche has five adult children and is a Vietnam veteran.
